Session 3- Nov 30, 2024 - January 4, 2025 (no class on December 28)

New sessions will begin every 5 weeks, you can join after a session has started, and roll into the next sessions to get your 5 workouts. There are no make-up days, you get 5 weeks to get your 5 workouts in!

Program Description

At Tennell Elite Training, our training programs are curated and developed specifically to train and get the most from the athletes  body and mind alike. We want you, our athlete, to cultivate the mental strength necessary to overtake your opponents. Young athletes must be prepared to face any challenge and ready to compete against other skilled athletes if they truly want to make it to the collegiate level.

 The sooner young athletes develop both their bodies and minds, the better their chances for competing at higher levels.

My Speed & Agility Accelerator program includes position-specific training. I have all the tools to get them ready! I will focus on Footwork, Speed, Agility, Hurdle, and Lateral drills. Each kid has a specific job to do and by teaching my athlete how to better understand their movements and his/her role will benefit tremendously. It’s my job to help these athletes understand their movements responsibility. 

Core Training: The majority of all lower back pain is caused by weak abdominal muscles, bad posture, and lack of flexibility or a combination of all of the three. The exercises that I will be performing on the athletes will be to target the weak areas and strengthen up there body.

In My 5 week program we will work on  

  • Change of Direction Mechanics 
  • Linear Speed Development
  • Acceleration Speed Development 
  • Rapid Response Drills & Change of Direction Mechanics

Training sessions are usually 1 hour and sometimes can go over 15mins
