You will automatically be registered on the same day and time you choose for the whole program.
The first three weeks will be ramp-up, which includes:

• Body warm-up.
• Specific mechanical work (upper half & lower half).
• Hitting drills.
• Exit Speed (radar gun for immediate feedback).
• Bat control/situational hitting.
• Utilize video recording and playback for immediate feedback.
• Drills to promote more explosive swings.

***The last five weeks will be batting live-off pitchers.

Each Class will last 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Eight players max per session.
