Hitters (Hit Lab) and Pitchers (Ultimate Pitching Program), get a jump start on preparing for your seasons with our winter programs featuring LIVE AT-BATS!!
The pitchers have six weeks of arm preparation and five weeks of throwing to live hitters.
The hitters will have three weeks of batting practice and drills followed by five weeks of live at-bats off pitchers. This is the best way to prepare for your upcoming season and get a leg up on your competition.
